neila nilow is not responsible for damages to the products that may result from their misuse, as well as acts or omissions of the user that do not comply with the specifications of each product or for damages caused by third parties that are not linked to neila nilow.
neila nilow takes the utmost care in the presentation and description of the products. However, the photographs of the products are presented illustratively. In order to know the precise characteristics of each product, you must check the corresponding descriptive data that accompanies each product.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, in the event that the user is buying as a consumer, he/she must contact us to discuss return or exchange of the products delivered at any time within the period of 5 calendar days from the date of delivery (the “Withdrawal period”).
The article must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Please send us the article including the original packaging as well as all extras that may have accompanied it.
Neila nilow are not liable for metal allergies or wrong sizing by the client. We do not recommend buying rings without knowing your perfect fit in USA chart. Please check our Size Guide.
We do not accept returns of made to order jewellery. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact us to discuss your particular situation.
Please note, all purchases made using a discount code or with a discount applied are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
SHIPPING COST
All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return are to be borne by the buyer, with the exception in the case that the wrong products have been received. In these exceptional circumstances, the delivery costs will be paid by neila nilow.
REFUND TRANSACTION
When the package has been returned to our office, it will be reviewed by our staff before they proceed with the approval of the said return. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued within a maximum period of 7 calendar days. You will be notified by email of the transaction. Once the refund has been issued it may take up to 2-3 business days to be effective.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
The applicable regulations require that part of the information or communications that neila nilow sends to the user be in writing. By accepting these terms of use, the user agrees that most of the communications with neila nilow are electronic. Neila nilow will contact the user via email or by posting notices on the website. The user agrees to use this electronic means of communication and acknowledges that all notifications, information and other communications that neila nilow send him/her electronically comply with the legal requirements of being in writing.
